NEW YORK - APRIL 23
Director Gemma Lee and producer Charlie Clausen's short film, THE WAKE, starring Angus Sampson, will be the only Australian film in contention at this years prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in New York. They were snapped here at the Tribeca Filmmaker Meet & Greet Party and also whilst working the press on April 23, 2010 in New York City.
THE WAKE has already hit the Palm Springs Short Fest where it was chosen as an audience favourite for 'Best of The Fest', with an encore screening at the end of the festival. The film also did the rounds at London Australian Film Festival and Flickerfest. Movie Extra has asked to do a feature on it and Shorts International is buying the film to distribute world wide to TV and airlines. Read more about the film in an article by Filmink HERE
